As a licensed therapist and life coach, I’ve spent years helping adults untangle the thoughts, patterns, and habits that quietly run the show: anxiety, self‑doubt, people‑pleasing, burnout, and that feeling of “I should be happier than this.”

My courses and coaching are designed for the whole of you. Your mind, your body, your relationships, your work, your daily routines. I don’t believe in quick fixes or fluffy inspiration that fades in a week. I believe in practical tools, honest insight, and gentle support that helps you make real, lasting change.
