ABOUT Me

BELIEF #1

You’re not broken; you’re overwhelmed. Your patterns are signals, not flaws, and once you understand them, you can start to shift them.

BELIEF #2

Lasting change comes from small, consistent shifts, not total life overhauls. Simple practices you can return to on your hardest days make the biggest difference.

BELIEF #3

You deserve a life that truly feels like yours: calmer, more honest, and aligned with who you really are, not what everyone else expects.

I'm Amber

Most would describe me as a mother, wife, daughter, sister and small business owner. But in reality, I am so much more than that. And so are you.

I create calm, nurturing spaces and practical courses that help you slow down, tune in, and build a life that finally feels like it fits you.

Join me on a journey of self-love, self-discovery, and unapologetic confidence.

MY STORY

My path here hasn’t been a straight line.

I grew up believing that if you worked hard, followed the rules, and didn’t give up, life would fall into place. Go to school, get the degree, build a stable career, check all the boxes.

On paper, I did everything “right.”
But a long, traumatic chapter that lasted for years shook all of that. I lost my sense of who I was, what I wanted, and where I belonged. I was going through the motions, but I didn’t feel truly alive in my own life.

At some point, I realized I was too young to feel that stuck, numb, and disconnected from myself.

So I walked away from what wasn’t working and began the hardest and most honest journey I’ve ever taken: getting to know myself again. I invested in my own healing, learned how the mind and body hold onto our stories, and slowly started rebuilding a life that actually felt like mine.

That journey led me here.

Today, I use everything I’ve learned as a licensed therapist and life coach to help you do the same in your own way:
to untangle old patterns, listen to your body, release what isn’t yours to carry, and create a life that feels more calm, grounded, and true to who you really are.

If you’re standing in that in‑between place – knowing you can’t keep living the way you have been, but not yet sure what comes next – you’re not alone. My work and my courses are built for exactly that space.

This isn’t about becoming a “new” you.
It’s about coming home to the real you.
